Residents without a permanent address can receive and collect their mail at on of our mail service locations.

Primary Mail Pickup:

Housing Stability

For most, housing is a milestone, not a finish line.

Our Housing Stability specialists work to continue the support for those who have left shelter programs and moved on to long-term housing, ensuring that all the progress and momentum that leads our peers to their new home doesn’t end just past the front door.

Project Hope Street Outreach

Project HOPE is dedicated to finding and assisting individuals experiencing homelessness in Vancouver and Clark County. Our outreach team connects people to essential resources, emergency shelter, housing, and supportive services—offering hope for a better future.

Our team is in the field from 9 AM – 5 PM, MON - FRI. Call or text anytime, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Community Meal Train

The Outsiders Inn Meal Train is full of Community Cook ROCKSTARS!! They are supporting Outsiders Inn Shelter collaborations where local area faith congregations & community residents are working diligently side-by-side together to expand emergency shelter options in Vancouver WA.
