Housing Stability
For most, housing is a milestone, not a finish line.
Our Housing Stability specialists work to continue the support for those who have left shelter programs and moved on to long-term housing, ensuring that all the progress and momentum that leads our peers to their new home doesn’t end just past the front door.
Project Hope Street Outreach
Project HOPE is dedicated to finding and assisting individuals experiencing homelessness in Vancouver and Clark County. Our outreach team connects people to essential resources, emergency shelter, housing, and supportive services—offering hope for a better future.
Our team is in the field from 9 AM – 5 PM, MON - FRI. Call or text anytime, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
