About 415 West

The 415 West Safe Stay Community provides safe, temporary shelter and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness. Located in Vancouver's North Image neighborhood, 415 West features 20 two-person modular shelters, accommodating up to 40 residents.

Operated by Outsiders Inn, the site is staffed and managed 24/7 and offers a secure, stable environment with lighting, security cameras, sanitation facilities, showers, office and meeting space, and connections to supportive services. Our goal is to help residents build stability and successfully transition out of homelessness.

Time Limit? 415 West has no strict time limit for a stay, our target is 6 months but our residents are in as long as they are actively working on their way out!

Facilities? Shared bathroom/shower units, power, heat, AC, WiFi, sleeping mats, hot dinners, and a communal kitchen area.
