Mediation is guided communication to help individuals resolve differences. Community Mediation Services offers free or affordable mediation services to resolve many types of issues outside of court. These services are not part of the ERPP and are voluntary; you can choose to use them. Including: Landlord/Tenant, Elder Care Issues, Home Foreclosures, Small Claims, Workplace Disputes, and more.
