Project HOPE is dedicated to finding and assisting individuals experiencing homelessness in Vancouver and Clark County. Our outreach team connects people to essential resources, emergency shelter, housing, and supportive services—offering hope for a better future.

How We Help

Our certified peer and recovery coaches, who have lived experience with homelessness and recovery, build trust through ongoing engagement. They empower individuals to overcome barriers and access the support they need.

Unhoused Resident Mail Service

Residents without a permanent address in Vancouver, WA can receive mail six days a week. Text notifications of mail arrival are available!
